Slack

Connect Slack once and your team can run the whole loop without opening a dashboard: review notifications, one-tap approve/reject, publish confirmations, and drafting with a slash command.

Connecting

  1. Start from Connections

    Settings → Connections → Slack → Connect. You'll be sent to Slack's standard install screen — you need permission to install apps in the workspace.

  2. Pick where ReachPill reports

    After authorizing, choose a channel (public or private) or a direct message. ReachPill joins public channels automatically; invite it to private ones.

  3. Done

    Review and publish notifications now land there. You can change the destination or disconnect any time from the same page.

Reviewing from Slack

When a campaign in review mode produces a post, the notification arrives with the visual, the caption, and working buttons:

  • Approve — the post ships on its scheduled slot; the Slack message updates in place.
  • Reject & regenerate — a fresh version is generated and sent back for another look.
  • Open in ReachPill — jumps to the occurrence in the app for deeper edits.

Mention @ReachPillwith plain words and you're talking to a full agent: it can answer from your real data (campaigns, queue, drafts, balance) and work through multi-step asks with the same tools the console assistant uses. The Slack thread is the conversation — mention it again in the thread and it remembers everything so far.

  • Anything that spends credits or publishes becomes a proposal with Approve / Dismiss buttons — nothing runs without a tap.
  • Approved image generations are delivered back into the thread when they finish.
  • Each thread has a credit budget, and every turn is billed like a console assistant turn. Threads also appear in the org owner's console conversation list.
  • Mention it on a message that carries an image instead, and you get the brand-framed screengrab flow.

The one-shot shortcut: generates an on-brand image and caption, saves it as a drafttargeting your active posting connections, and posts the preview back into the conversation. Nothing publishes from the command alone — someone promotes the draft from the app (or the preview's button).

Workspace ↔ org mapping

A Slack workspace is trusted through its connection to your ReachPill org. If two orgs have connected the same workspace, commands are disambiguated by the channel's own connection — and refused when that's ambiguous, rather than guessed.
