Terms & conditions.
Effective date: September 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ReachPill website (reachpill.com) and the ReachPill application and services (app.reachpill.com, the API and MCP server, and related integrations — together, the "Service"), operated by ReachPill ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company.
1. The Service
ReachPill is an AI-assisted content platform: it derives a brand profile from materials you provide, plans content campaigns, generates text, images and video, routes content for review, and publishes to channels you connect (such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, and your own blog or webhook). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and organizations
- •You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- •Workspaces ("organizations") may include multiple members. Members you invite can act within your organization, including spending its credits.
- •Some capabilities depend on your organization's plan — for example, the free plan is limited to one member and one organization per account, and inviting members or creating further organizations requires the Pro plan.
- •You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
3. Plans, credits, payments and trials
- •Generation features consume credits. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, $1 corresponds to 100 credits. Credits can be bought as one-time top-ups, and paid plans include a credit allowance; all payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
- •There are two kinds of credits. Purchased credits (top-ups, trial and promotional grants) do not expire. Plan creditsare a subscription allowance: they are granted for each billing period, are spent before purchased credits, reset with each new period, and lapse when the subscription ends. Annual subscriptions receive the full year's plan credits at the start of the term.
- •Paid plans (such as Pro) are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for, after which the organization moves to the free plan. Except where required by law, amounts already paid — including annual terms — are not refunded on cancellation.
- •If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it; if it continues to fail, the subscription ends at the end of the paid-for period and the organization moves to the free plan.
- •We may change plan prices or included allowances; changes take effect at your next renewal and material changes will be notified in advance.
- •Credits are not money, carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and — except where required by law — are non-refundable.
- •Cost estimates shown before you run a campaign or generation are estimates; actual usage is billed by what is generated.
- •Trial credits are promotional, may be limited or withdrawn, and have no cash value.
- •Publishing, scheduling and reviewing do not consume credits.
- •With bring-your-own-keys (available on the paid plan), image and video generation runs against API keys you supply, and the corresponding usage is billed to you directly by those providers under their terms. You are responsible for those provider charges and for keeping your keys authorized. Other services (text, voiceover, captions and rendering) continue to use ReachPill credits. Because we neither bill nor hold those funds, provider charges are outside our control: you must set a spending limit or budget cap in each provider's own console before saving a key, and keep only as much balance with the provider as you are prepared to spend.
4. Automation, usage limits and spend safeguards
Much of the Service runs without a person clicking each time: scheduled campaigns, autopilot publishing, video assembly, background retries and API or agent integrations all consume credits or your own provider keys automatically. By enabling such features you authorize that spending.
- •The Service enforces limits on how much can be generated per organization in a given period and pauses work that exceeds them. These limits exist to contain unexpected usage, including usage caused by a defect in the Service; they are not a guarantee that spending will never exceed a particular amount.
- •You are responsible for configuring the safeguards available to you: the spend limits and budgets offered by your providers for bring-your-own-keys, the auto-refill settings and credit balance you keep with us, the members and integrations you allow to act in your organization, and reviewing your usage dashboard regularly.
- •We may pause, throttle or stop any automated process — in one organization or across the Service — when we detect usage that appears anomalous, runaway or abusive, without prior notice. We will tell you when we do so.
- •If a defect in the Service causes credits to be consumed for output you did not receive or could not use, tell us at support@reachpill.com within 30 days and we will re-credit the affected amount. Re-credit of ReachPill credits is your sole remedy for such usage, and for usage under bring-your-own-keys it is limited to the ReachPill credits (if any) consumed by the same defect.
5. Your content and your brand
- •You retain all rights to the materials you provide (logos, brand assets, copy, reference images — "Your Materials"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Materials solely to operate the Service for you.
- •You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and everything you publish through the Service.
- •As between you and us, you own the content the Service generates for you ("Output"), to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
6. AI output — review before you publish
Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable despite our grounding in your brand profile. You are responsible for reviewing Output before it is published — including when you choose autopilot settings that publish without manual review. We make no guarantee that Output is factually correct, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible or liable for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or for any consequences of publishing or relying on it.
7. Connected platforms
Publishing runs through third-party platforms (for example X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, GitHub). Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, and you must comply with them. We are not responsible for third-party platforms rejecting, removing, rate-limiting or altering content, or for changes to their APIs that affect the Service.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- •create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes others' rights (including impersonating people or brands);
- •send spam or violate the rules of any connected platform;
- •probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it by any means other than the documented interfaces;
- •resell the Service or use it to build a directly competing service by systematic extraction of Output.
9. API, MCP and automation
API keys and MCP access act with the full authority of your organization, including spending credits. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed, and remember that agents you connect can take real actions on your behalf. Provider API keys you save for bring-your-own-keys are stored encrypted and used only to run your generations. We may rate-limit or suspend automated access that degrades the Service for others.
10. Privacy
We process personal data to operate the Service — account details, brand materials you provide, usage records, and content flowing through connected integrations. We do not sell your personal data. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us. The full detail lives in our privacy policy.
We use analytics tools on the website and in the Service to understand usage and improve the product. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies and collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; parts of the Service may not function without essential cookies.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; unused credits are forfeited on account deletion, and active subscriptions end with their current period, except where a refund is required by law. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or others, with notice where practicable.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data; and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. In particular, and to the same extent, we are not liable for charges billed to you by third-party providers for usage of API keys you supplied (bring-your-own-keys), whether that usage was requested by you, triggered by automation you enabled, or caused by an error or defect in the Service; your protection against such charges is the spending limit you set with the provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including where you deal with us as a consumer under applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and where reasonable, by notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
