Privacy policy.
Effective date: August 20, 2026
This policy explains what ReachPill ("we", "us") collects when you use reachpill.com and the ReachPill application and services (app.reachpill.com, the API and MCP server, and related integrations — together, the "Service"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. What we collect
- •Account data — your name, email address, and workspace membership, provided when you sign up or accept an invite.
- •Brand materials — logos, brand assets, copy, reference images, website content you point us at, and the brand profile derived from them. These exist solely so the Service can produce content for you.
- •Content and usage records — the campaigns, posts, articles and media you create; generation, publishing and billing events; and product usage data (pages visited, features used, device information) collected via analytics cookies.
- •Integration data — when you connect a platform (such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, GitHub, HubSpot, or Google Search Console), we store the OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf, encrypted at rest, together with the data those integrations return.
- •Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep records of plans, credits and invoices.
2. Google user data
If you connect Google Search Console, we request read-only access ("webmasters.readonly") and use it only to fetch the search performance of your own verified properties — queries, clicks, impressions and positions — so the Service can report on your published content and suggest what to write next. ReachPill's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with law. You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time in Settings → Connections, which deletes the stored tokens; you can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. How we use data
- •To operate the Service: derive your brand profile, plan and generate content, route it for review, publish it, and report on how it performs.
- •To process content through AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Google and fal) — prompts include the brand materials and instructions needed for the specific generation, and nothing more.
- •To bill you (Stripe), send you transactional email (invites, review notifications, receipts), and — if enabled per organization — notify your Slack workspace.
- •To understand product usage and improve the Service (analytics).
- •We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content or brand materials to train our own or third-party foundation models.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with the processors that make the Service work: hosting and network infrastructure, Stripe (payments), AI model providers (generation), email delivery, analytics, and the platforms you explicitly connect. Each receives only what its function requires. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can limit cookies in your browser; parts of the Service may not function without the essential ones.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting an organization soft-deletes its workspace immediately and disconnects its integrations; deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must keep (such as billing history) for legal purposes. Disconnecting any integration deletes its stored tokens. To request deletion, use the in-app controls or contact us.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit; integration tokens and provider API keys are encrypted at rest; access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Questions or requests: support@reachpill.com.
