Terms & conditions.
Effective date: August 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ReachPill website (reachpill.com) and the ReachPill application and services (app.reachpill.com, the API and MCP server, and related integrations — together, the "Service"), operated by ReachPill ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company.
1. The Service
ReachPill is an AI-assisted content platform: it derives a brand profile from materials you provide, plans content campaigns, generates text, images and video, routes content for review, and publishes to channels you connect (such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, and your own blog or webhook). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and organizations
- •You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- •Workspaces ("organizations") may include multiple members. Members you invite can act within your organization, including spending its credits.
- •You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
3. Credits, payments and trials
- •Generation features consume credits. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, $1 corresponds to 100 credits, and credits are purchased as one-time top-ups processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
- •Credits are not money, carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and — except where required by law — are non-refundable. Credits do not expire.
- •Cost estimates shown before you run a campaign or generation are estimates; actual usage is billed by what is generated.
- •Trial credits are promotional, may be limited or withdrawn, and have no cash value.
- •Publishing, scheduling, reviewing and inviting teammates do not consume credits.
4. Your content and your brand
- •You retain all rights to the materials you provide (logos, brand assets, copy, reference images — "Your Materials"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Materials solely to operate the Service for you.
- •You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and everything you publish through the Service.
- •As between you and us, you own the content the Service generates for you ("Output"), to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
5. AI output — review before you publish
Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable despite our grounding in your brand profile. You are responsible for reviewing Output before it is published — including when you choose autopilot settings that publish without manual review. We make no guarantee that Output is factually correct, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible or liable for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or for any consequences of publishing or relying on it.
6. Connected platforms
Publishing runs through third-party platforms (for example X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, GitHub). Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, and you must comply with them. We are not responsible for third-party platforms rejecting, removing, rate-limiting or altering content, or for changes to their APIs that affect the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- •create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes others' rights (including impersonating people or brands);
- •send spam or violate the rules of any connected platform;
- •probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it by any means other than the documented interfaces;
- •resell the Service or use it to build a directly competing service by systematic extraction of Output.
8. API, MCP and automation
API keys and MCP access act with the full authority of your organization, including spending credits. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed, and remember that agents you connect can take real actions on your behalf. We may rate-limit or suspend automated access that degrades the Service for others.
9. Privacy
We process personal data to operate the Service — account details, brand materials you provide, usage records, and content flowing through connected integrations. We do not sell your personal data. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
We use analytics tools on the website and in the Service to understand usage and improve the product. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies and collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; parts of the Service may not function without essential cookies.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; unused purchased credits are forfeited on account deletion except where a refund is required by law. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or others, with notice where practicable.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data; and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and where reasonable, by notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
